What is underneath the fuel tank? Is there any way to get the fuel tank down a Quarter inch? Thanks

24/25 in the diagram.

To lower the tank, you move those rubber spacer up and vice versa. There should be one on each side.

PS: If you have a front sway bar and lower the tank too much, the bar will hit the bottom of the tank and every time you hit a bump in the road you will get a loud clunk noise from the front.
