Normally, I'd put car listings on the cars for sale forum. But I wanted to find out if anyone knew anything about these two cars.
These two cars are interesting. Same seller. At initial glance I'm thinking "lots of hackage" but then I start to look closely at the bodywork...and these seem to be really really well done. Not my cup of tea, nor would I go for V8s (both are that), but these are just too sharp to be just some backyard hackery. What's the story? Tell me these aren't ex-IMSA cars that are modded for the street... Apologies to non-Facebookers if these are not visible, I'll attach a couple of photos. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/5723070064402620 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1294844444702398/ ![]() ![]() |

The pics don't show anything special. They didn't even take quality pics. Diamond steel wheels suggest cheapness. No five lug conversions, didn't even bother to drill the hubs for 5 lug. Stacked air filter on the V8 car, is questionable. Roll cage not through the firewall, so no real chassis stiffening.
Goofy gaps in the corner of the front fender/bumper/hood joint. Poor fit up of the body kit. Rocker panel looks like a hunk of aluminum sheet. Meh, overpriced based on the pics and lack of effort into the ads. |
