My first thought was that it would be an oem name, but I think the air filter boxes are made by Mann.

It reminds me, the color, of the cutaway type 4 motor that's in the VW museum, they use light blue to represent cooling... though that's not really cooling but intake. Then the "V" would be like 1 into 2 symbol, that it splits.
