Is a cylinder head temp sensor needed on a carburated car? It seems it is just for the "computer" on an FI car, but I need to clarify.

Pck the one you like.

Make sure it is temp compensated, and uses a ring type thermocouple (I THINK its a K type).

But speaking from experience, the Dakota Digital is THE gauge to have, even though it is a digital readout. Its the one I have in my car, and in my bus, and will have in my dune bug.
