Other than drain the transmission, add magnetic drain plug, flush, and refill we didn't open it but there is a slight leak coming from the side shifter linkage.
Is the cover intended to catch this leak or is something not right?  |

The cover has a small hole in the bottom side that serves as a drain…I think.
