Began cleaning the wiring harness of the 914/6 GT replica today... it's crusty as expected. It's had the usual hacks and splices and looks like some dead ends, but I haven't tested it yet. Expecting the worst, I've sent a request to Kroon for pricing.

Can anyone recommend a stateside source for wiring looms? Experiences?

I was rummaging through my stash of original harnesses, and found a 1974 in very descent shape. When I examined the fuse panel I found several of the spade connector were quite loose. They would not stay tight when reinserted. A closer look showed the curled sides of the connectors were fractured and would never make good contact. Too much of my LE harness was hacked (48000 total miles) so it is being replaced.
