Began cleaning the wiring harness of the 914/6 GT replica today... it's crusty as expected. It's had the usual hacks and splices and looks like some dead ends, but I haven't tested it yet. Expecting the worst, I've sent a request to Kroon for pricing.

Can anyone recommend a stateside source for wiring looms? Experiences?

I had Kroon build me a replacement 914-6 chassis harness back in 2019. Took several months to get it in. I believe it was around $3000 with shipping and core. He will also want your old harness in exchange or a core charge will apply. Kroon was easy to deal with but the only downside is the wait time.

I would check out the RD harness. If I ever need another harness I'd go with RD.
I believe they are also making 4 cyl harnesses now as well.
