Car is a 1975 and I am going back to the OEM steering wheel from a Momo. I bought a steering wheel listed for a 1975 car, but it didn't come with the horn pin. I see there are two types, long and short with each saying they fit a 1975 1.8 car. How do I know which is correct for the steering wheel I have?

@mepstein Can you clarify, so the 72 to 76 914-4s don't need a pin at all, since the brown wire takes care of that function? In the PET for those years there is no pin shown at all, so that would make sense.

The 72-76 has a plastic hub that accepts the plastic horn cancel ring with the brown wire for the horn. No pin. |
