I have a right hand door window that another forum member has been waiting patiently for. I noticed some kind of fog like substance on it and I can't get it off.
It looks like it might have been some overspray from some previous bodywork, but I can't get it to come clean. It's not a fog in the glass. it is on the outside, side and it also won't scape off with a razorblade. |

Is it possible someone media blasted it? I have always used clay (like claying a paint surface) and that works most of the time. If not, I use 0000 steel wool with generous amounts of window cleaner for lubrication. I also use a light touch.
