Now I am think about putting vinyl over it with a cut out for the insignia. Vinyl on a cylinder seems like a difficult job.

To get the finish to look like my faux leather seat cover, I used Dupli-Color bedliner spray for light texture and then Dupli-Color vinyl and fabric spray for the finish.
