Hello out there....so I am about to install a brand new Gemo speedometer cable....should I lubricate it? I have concocted my own graphite and rubbing alcohol solution that seems to be working great on my pedal cluster.....I now think grease = grit so I am using dry lube as much as possible....do tell? Thank you very much,

Don't know about new, but with my old cable (137K) I hung it from the garage ceiling and squirted Kroil down into it until it ran out the bottom.
No problems with it. |
