Does anyone know if the dimensions of the dash switch caps in 911s is similar to the ones we have in our 914s (same as Beetle)?

I was wondering if this cap below would fit in our switches. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

Last question... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Does anyone know if this cap is used on a back lit switch?

NO lip on outer edge, nothing to lock into rubber knob

The 911 don’t have the lip? But my picture is from a 911 defrost. I know the 914 (like the beetle) have a lip…
