Does anyone know if the dimensions of the dash switch caps in 911s is similar to the ones we have in our 914s (same as Beetle)?

I was wondering if this cap below would fit in our switches. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

Last question... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Does anyone know if this cap is used on a back lit switch?

Thank you!

The headlight switch of a 911 3.2 is not backlit but I found out now (after 8 years) that the rear window defroster switch has 2 positions : pull for defogging and turn to the right for defrosting,
so maybe you can use this as your seat switch. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
