2.0 cylinder heads with 44 & 38 mm valves, combustion chamber CC’d to 48cc’s.
Any cracks were properly repaired. I had these done by Mark Stephens High Performance years ago and they have been on a shelf in a box since. I’m selling my 30+ year collection of Porsche parts. I can take more pictures if you’re interested. $1700 plus actual shipping. Attached image(s) |

Wow, just did a bit of searching regarding Mark Stephen's and you've had those sitting on a shelf for 25+ years!
Looks like there is a whole backstory behind his going out of business... Who's "Norm"? He appears universally disliked... What was the application intended to be for these? Have the chambers been welded up? How much have they been flycut? (milled). Looks like they should produce a flat top 2055 at 10.4/1 and a 2255 at 11.3+ I'd bet all new parts regarding guides, valves, springs, retainers, locks were used. On something that nice they should be. Do you know if they replaced the seats? |
