One of the "horrifying thoughts" was what happens if you have to move it all...
Problem with building, building owner, whatever. You're already there!!!! That looks like it could make a NICE shop! It's not every day you see a BIG skid dumpster INSIDE the shop! I like the raised edge SS tabletops! Real "tranny" bench! They drain to the rear? They should... Is that a paint booth? It looks like a good one! MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE ENVY!
