I made these up using 911 fog light switches. Pull out for the fronts and then twist to the right for the rear. 914 fog light knobs and escutcheon added for the conversion.

There’s actually an original 914 switch for this application….part number #914.613.451.10. I used this switch along with an original wiring harness to operate the rear fog on my ‘74 2.0L.
