So I picked up an r50 mini for my 13 year old son for nothing and I need 914world quality information to get it all perfect. I am used to very small communities... There are so many mini groups... Anyone know of a group that's as useful as 914world? Tall order, I know.

So... Update on the mini. After hitting the junk yards (how long has it been! There are no 914s or fox bodies left in junk yards) I was able to fix most everything. Only bit that is fighting me is the ac system (all me) and the starter. Some DAPO removed the starter heat shield so it's cooked and sounds terrible but still works fine. Not a hard fix but I need to find the shield first. I think I am going to just make one rather than get ripped off by the shipping on eBay. Rest of the car, and even the cvt are great. The wife loves it. My son loves it. Great visibility and fun. Cars today have such awful a pillars and visibility.
