Hi Guys.
I'm going to replace my speedo cable in a 1975 1.8 originally a California car. Peeled back the carpets to find I have the two piece version with the ERG counter attached..... can I just bypass this with the longer cable direct to the speedo head or do I have to source the shorter one? Duncan. |

Tie a string around the old one before you pull it out, tie the string to the new one and pull it in.
