Hi All: I was driving home from a shop yesterday and my window would not go down. As it turns out the bottom screws at the rear rail had come loose, one is now gone, and the glass pulled out of the lower lifting rail.
I tried pushing the glass into the track while it's in the door, but that does not seem to be the answer. Haynes is pretty weak on any details. I just watched one of Ians videos but he didn't show this step
Any input will be appreciated!

depends on the year of the window glass Rob. Your 74 has only a track at the bottom and the rest of the glass is naked. It slides up in down in felt channels. We glue the bottom brace back onto the glass with 3m window weld sealant
