I found it in Flagstaff Az still an untouched all original car minus the sunroof in the targa top. Its almost rust free except some minor surface rust in the door jam, pillar and trunk. The gentleman I purchased from had bought it from the original owner and planned on restoring but things changed and it just sat in his warehouse. He never signed the title over to himself so on paper I'm the second owner. Body is straight, paint is rough but ran and drove before I put it up on stands for maintenance/repairs. I was very happy to find a rust free, unmolested original car. Excited for this project, its my first 914. |
