What is the procedure to remove the dash frame, once the dash is removed?

The studs are all under the cowl where the windshield wiper unit is. the other is under the dash. then two on each side as I remember. I've had this one in and out countless times, it always messes with me coming out. The studs in the holes don't give up easily
