1976 fuel injection questions Options

Picked up a 76 out of texas that had been converted to single carb that just doesn't run very well. I decided to convert back to original FI, essentially everything is gone and I am working on understanding the system. I guess my first question is where does the fuel pump draw power from? there is a single black wire underneath the fuel tank that has no power to it but all the relays have been removed and Im waiting on those from pelican

I think this will be my last post in this thread and I should start a new one for my smog issues this one is getting to long and confusing .

I just want to add one more photo here of my distributor (I think original to the car) showing those two lines coming off it .

This week is going to be a busy week for me and I probably won't get to the smog shop .

I just have to many things going on and to complete this week .

I also added the diagrams found in Jeff's tech notes , I followed this for routing my lines from Distributor to air cleaner and TB .
