Hi Everyone,
I recently had an accident that damaged the front of my 1971 914-4. The body shop would like me to source an entire front corner because most sections of the left front corner are distorted beyond repair. I have sourced an entire front end from a 1974, and want to know if it is the same as my 1971. Thanks in advance for your wisdom. John Strawway |

fenders are basically the same, except for the bumper cover holder on the 75 76 fenders, front panels are as follows:
70-72 73 74 75 76 when the wrong panel is installed it is an easy way to show previous wreck. For awhile years ago, Porsche superseded all of the front panels to the 75 76 style, and many cars were repaired with insurance company funds to never look original Hi Everyone, I recently had an accident that damaged the front of my 1971 914-4.
