Anyone tried these in their 914? If so,

How did it work out?
Brand/model Recommendations?
Where to mount rear camera?

What to avoid?

i tried a rexing mirror mount in my old '83 accord but, didn't like it.

it's attached to the existing mirror and the extra weight was too much for that, causing it to droop and the extra width interfered with the visors.

i have cams in all my vehicles. for the cars / trucks i like rexing or redtiger. the rear cameras are light and can mount with the provided adhesive tape. i'd try that under the targa bar.

i have an old version of this rexing that still works after 7+ years (had to replace it's internal battery after it stopped saving the last files before shutdown);

i also have a 4-5 year old version of this redtiger that's been reliable;

for my bikes, i like innovv. worth the price.

i've found you need to spend at least $100 to get a decent 2 channel cam.
