Going from forgotten memory, the two bearings used for the steering shaft on a 914 rack are a HK1712 and 6202. Brand names I used were INA and SKF respectively. Both bearings were available on ebay. I did not replace the outer bushings as they were all in good condition but doing that part would have been more involved. I probably would have sent them to 914rubber for a rebuild if that was required.
