Feeler post here… Would sell for sure - this isn’t an “I know what I’ve got” post, frankly - I don’t. That’s why I’m asking.

32k mile lower end, fresh (summertime Sunday driver) top end with less than 2000 miles, 90mm Bore x 66mm Stroke , 215mm 4 spring Sachs clutch, Weber 32/36 Progressive carb. Built by mshantz if that means anything- eBay purchased/swapped a dozen years ago- well maintained.

If the engine is still in the car, do you have any video of start up and running?

Yes. It’s not running as well as I’d like, this progressive Weber isn’t the carb for job.

I know Mike Schantz and he is meticulous at engine building. Carb is probably the running problem

Awesome- send my regards! He’ll get a laugh out of the presence of this carb I’m sure. 100% the problem.

I paid him $2300 if I recall, maybe 13 years ago. I swapped this in for orig 1.7- changed the oil thrice, it’s been great even with this carb. The plan was to rebuilt the original case and I’m happy to say I’m finally getting around to it.
