Feeler post here… Would sell for sure - this isn’t an “I know what I’ve got” post, frankly - I don’t. That’s why I’m asking.

32k mile lower end, fresh (summertime Sunday driver) top end with less than 2000 miles, 90mm Bore x 66mm Stroke , 215mm 4 spring Sachs clutch, Weber 32/36 Progressive carb. Built by mshantz if that means anything- eBay purchased/swapped a dozen years ago- well maintained.

For all the bad press we hear about single carbs, I bought a 1975 1.8 example (original Cali car) with a single center mounted carb. Have since rebuilt the engine and added twin Webers. Always started well (choke worked good), but she ran out of breath over 3-4k rpms.
