Following the procedure for setting valves using the ramps. https://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/9...7GYJ5aJcmZXoVme It's up, the driver's wheel is off, plugs are out, e-brake is off, and I can't get the driver's wheel to turn. I've tried 1st and 3rd gear. Neutral it all rotates freely. WTF am I missing? |

I also usually pull the spark plugs out of the engine so I'm not fighting compression. That way, with the car in 5th gear, I can lay under the vehicle watching the rockers and just turn the wheel with my foot.
