Yeah, not necessary. Too bad the cheap option appears to be so sub standard. I understand paying a bunch for a racing/fancy shock but the lack of a reasonably priced stock equivalent that doesn't suck was surprising. The boge reproductions seem appropriately priced, but it's too bad the big supplier options appear to be 'suck' for 48 dollars or 300-500 dollars for the next step up
