Does anyone have any experience with the roll pin installation with the Renigade Hybrid axle kit? I have new roll pins from Pelican and they just don’t want to go into the stub axle or spacer as easy as on Ian Karr’s video. I could put it in a press, but that won’t work with the trans axle. I could try to press them on with the 6 bolts through the spacer, but I’m not sure if there is enough torque before they’ll strip. Any ideas would be appreciated before I screw something up….thanks blob:null/59e017c3-9e8c-41d4-8946-5651ae8e75d2/“Attached Image

@rick 918-S
This kit comprises of two VW bus shafts, 4 VW bus CVs, and 4 adaptors that bolt to your stock 914 or 914-6 stub axles and output flanges to mount the Bus CVs to them.

Tarrett, Renegade, Pelican, others sells the kit:

https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/PELT...amp;SVSVSI=0715

Added info for those not familiar:
914 and 914-6 CV are 94mm diameter
VW bus CV are 100mm diamtere and wider than 914 CVs
VW bus drive shafts are shorter than 914 drive shafts
914 CV use four M8 bolts and two roll pins, VW Bus CVs use six M8 bolts
