 Why doesn't my horn base plate have a tab for the ground? |

I'm assembling my horn pad and can't find a place to connect the brown ground wire from the contact ring. Do I have the wrong base plate?
   I think this is what it is supposed to look like:  And the PET Parts List for a 1974 doesn't show the contact pin:  Thanks. George |

Epilog,
It turns out that the early horn base is insulated from the three bolts by little plastic spacers. So, I used my Dremel tool to cut a tab to fit a standard spade terminal.    The horn now works great. Thank you to everybody! George |
