I have made a ton of progress these last few weeks. I have installed and tested:
1. the wiring harness, 2. refurbished the steering column, 3. the wiper and turn signal switches, 4. the fuse panel (and all the relays), 5. all three gauges, 6. the front headlights (and the motors), 7. the fog lights, 8. the horns, 9. the turn signal/running light buckets, 10. tail lights, 11. door switches, 12. dome light 13. seat belt buckles (and fasten seatbelt warning buzzer and light), 14. Heater/Air Control panel, 15. Cigar lighter, 16. Engine/trunk light, 17. Ignition switch, 18. Hazard light switch, 19. license plate lights, This was a lot of work. I installed the wiring harness and then had to take it out to replace the snorkel and reinstall it. I had to disassemble and refurbish the headlight motors, the seatbelt buckles, all three gauges, debug and replace the hazard flasher, modify the high beam wiring to accommodate my LED headlights, un DAPO the door switch wiring, etc. It seems that every task devolves into a complicated project of research and trial and error.
