I am collecting parts to do a five (5) lug conversion on my 1970 Porsche 914-4. I have a set of rear hubs which have had the five new studs installed, and I am wondering what rear rotors to use.

Can I just buy a pair of rear rotors for a 914-6 and use them with my existing rear brake calipers? Or do I need to get my existing 4 lug rear rotors drilled to fit over the five lug rear hubs?

I am trying to avoid having to replace my existing rear calipers (from a 4 cylinder car) with a set of calipers from a 914-6.

Thanks. I know a lot of people have done this conversion so they can run the Porsche 911 style Fuchs wheels, which is what I am planning on doing. My car is an early build, having been built in December 1969, if that makes any difference.
