Would appreciate help on identifying this wire….solid red looks like 22 ga lower terminal in block 4th from the right side TIA Dennis

I think it's one of the wires that carries power to the fuses. Possibly from one fuse to another. The red ones are usually that.
You'll need to ask the PO why they cut it, though. --DD |
