Here's my suggestion: reduce delivery to MWF or TThSa in alternate neighborhoods, and cull the bottom half of delivery staff. And look for other cost cutting solutions.
I don't need daily delivery, especially when it often is late anyway. |

Last time I checked USPS was lowest on next day. I use Priority flat rate but never plain priority as UPS and FedEx always have better rates than USOS priority. Ground advantage is the worst and slowest. It is a combo of postal and UPS. Use Pirateship.com if you want to save on shipping and it compares UPS and postal |
