I'm preparing to start the task of buying all the parts and pieces for my restoration.
If you can think of it, I'll most likely need it when it comes to replacement parts.
I'm familiar with all the heavy hitters like PMB, Auto Atlanta, Stoddard, Pelican, Restoration Design, 914 rubber, and Sierra Madre.
I've got the engine and trans taking care of so it will be items like brakes, suspension, steering, bumpers, exterior lens etc., all weather stripping, complete interior, and all of the costly misc. items, you kinda get the picture.
So, who do you guys recommend? I'd prefer to deal with just a few suppliers if possible, rather than search the internet one part at a time and compare prices etc. I know its going to be a very costly endeavor to say the least. Wish me luck...
