New user sign up issues. Help pls Options

Hi all, long time away from 914W but not away from Porsche's

I recently met someone in person (bought a perfect replica of a GT cooler - see cooler porn below) who was trying to sign up and the sign up / verification process failed (twice I think)

Just wondering the process if its broken or a different process now

Copy of message previously sent to try and move it along for him

Have *** email to protect the innocent

I was wondering if you could check for me regarding a new UK user sign-up and whether there is a glitch in the system.

The prospective user is very active on the UK DDK Porsche forum and is a legitimate person—I have met him. Below is the key part of a message from WhatsApp. He has also tried signing up with a different username, “DarrenT65,” thinking there might have been an issue with his initial attempt.

Signed up as “Darren65” with the email *******@s*******carandvan.co.uk.

He has requested revalidation multiple times, but nothing has come through. He is unable to post, make changes, or contact anyone. It could just be a delay, or perhaps something has gone wrong and his registration has slipped through the cracks.
