As the title says… I only see new at AA for $537 or NOS on eBay for $500… Is that all there is? The Bosch FI specialist working on my car says the plastic part is somewhat loose inside the metal part and could lead to a fuel leak…

Yep. Of all the cool bits on the djet, that one is really only for us cold area people. And most of us stop driving it then to avoid the salt anyway. For most people it's a fuel leak waiting to happen.
