Bought a Gemo and went to install it. and slides about 20" in the tube and becomes stuck. I blew out the tube lubed it and again no difference. In my frustration I decided to put in a cable I have had for over 40 years. Yep you guessed it. Slipped right in without issues. Is there a fix before I go buy a OEM? The 40 year old one isn't usable long term

I put my micrometer to the OEM and Gemo and found .3mm difference. A little emory cloth and she slipped in just fine!! Thanks for the information! That's what I love about you peeps. Someone here has had the same issues and a remedy can usually be found!!

I fitted the same cable and was fine but tight to get in,,however the clutch cable of the brand was a right PITA ,refitted the original low mileage one and sorted ,was pretty clear they have fitment issues.
Appears to have been a lot of chat about that brand (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) ?.
