Car had been sitting for a couple years, but last I recall, the fresh air blower fan worked, but now, the light comes on, but fan is not working?

Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions?

The light is not wired directly to the fan. The light ground on the slider contacts on the vent control; power can come from any 12v wire.
So, just because the vent control light comes on its not directly related to the fan itself.
