Car had been sitting for a couple years, but last I recall, the fresh air blower fan worked, but now, the light comes on, but fan is not working?

Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions?

Here’s the fans inputs. Red is 12v, the other three are ground that you activate at the vent control. Do you have 12 V ?

Don't recall if that plug is accessible from the outside? Maybe it worked loose, or not a good connection.
