Car had been sitting for a couple years, but last I recall, the fresh air blower fan worked, but now, the light comes on, but fan is not working?
Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions? |

Here’s the fans inputs. Red is 12v, the other three are ground that you activate at the vent control. Do you have 12 V ?

Here’s the fans inputs. Red is 12v, the other three are ground that you activate at the vent control. Do you have 12 V ? i have seen these wires put back in by a previous owner incorrectly so it was only working on the middle setting, and would not work low or high, but if left in that position with pop the fuse too. sliders needed to be cleaned but the problem was mainly the wiring being crossed so make sure those are in the right place as well as cleaning your contacts etc. - new fan motors and assembly are available if you are taking it out i would strongly suggest you get a new motor and fan you will have the box apart to put in new seals anyway. My fan works better than new now. Phil |
