The first one is almost dumb, OK, dumb. On the 1973 and 1974 front bumper. These blocks are located behind the front tits. Which way does the fat part of the rubber block set, up or down? I believe I have been installing them fat up but I don't remember if I researched it or assumed?
Second Q, I have a '74 with the foam rubber stock steering wheel. As many do, the foam part turns on the steel ring. Has someone injected glue inside the foam to fix this? Any other ways to remedy?
Thanks, Brad

No clue if these were ever messed with but I just pulled out my bumper this past weekend to be restored. Looks like fat part "up".
