Anyone care to take a shot at the value of the '75 2.0 I just pulled from my car?

Since I'm doing a V8 conversion, the complete motor (air cleaner to headers) and tin goes. Ran prior to storage some 20 years ago (tags on plates are '85), but I never attempted to start it (gas was all laquered up). It did freely turn over, so nothing appears to be frozen up. I'm keeping the trans.
