I am having my 1974 front and rear bumpers modified by Ben @mb911 for a front oil color and to remove the bumperette holes, and looking for a chrome shop recommendation with estimated cost located between Ben in Wisconsin and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Have you tried Sherm's Custom Plating in Sacramento? I understand they do good work but can't give you first hand info.
