Cerakote air cured piston coatings on the exhaust ports and combustion chambers.
Next will be piston tops and heads get heat dispersion coating too.

Turned out pretty good one coat coverage

These heads were purchase here and included: welding of the ports and chambers seats and guides as well as around spark plug holed and one cert to a stopped plug hole

Prep included:

Blast with 120 mesh aluminum oxide to combustion, chamber and valves
Clean with acetone I did not gas as the oven was not use (air cured)
Tape
1 coat of Cerakote piston coating to combustion chambers, valves, back of exhaust valves and exhaust ports
Air cure 5 days
