A red scotch brite pad for the paint. 3m makes a high strength contact adhesive. Eric Sea has a thread on this site that explains the install process. Painters tape to mask off all the parts you want kept clean.
The most important thing for contact adhesive is to let it dry thoroughly before placing the two parts together. More drying time is better than less. A hard rubber roller helps finish the job. |
