I assume something is meant to mount in the holes found on the rear trailing arm tabs. Can someone clarify or offer a picture?

It seems like a good place for a parking brake cable clamp, but I'm not seeing anything in the parts catalog or my photos from before disassembly.

I just went and looked at mine, the only bracket anywhere near that position is for the caliper parking brake cable and it looks quite different. Also, what is that shaft in the picture that appears to go to the trailing arm?

I am assuming you mean the e brake cable? That mounts into the hole on the trailing arm, or are you looking at the hard line going to the brake caliper?
