Wow, seriously deep dive. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) not yet. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) just a skim across the surface. i just had plenty of examples of L jets on file for entirely another purpose (tracking 4 variants of engine set up for USA market). the blower happens to be in the images filed of examples. so you kind of notice it and wonder what the f is going on. + after half a century you have to account for what numerous owners along the way might have done to cars. but the funny thing is a lot of 74 and 75 L jets just got left alone and a surprising number of them have been popping up on BAT and other sites for sale which are astonishingly original. so with the internet and sales documentation the way it is these days you can do the kind of research that was impossible even a decade ago. but it really only matters if you want to maintain an original car or restore one. which is marginal for 1.8s given they still seem to be the least valued. (but oddly the best preserved - (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) ) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |
