I looked under the dash and do not see where the flasher mounts .Do I need to remove a gauge to access where this installs ?

When I did this I noticed any kind of poor connection at any of the bulbs resulted in weirdness. I would go through and make sure your relay contacts are good in the fuse panel, and the same for any new LEDs you added. I found some of my sockets were pretty sketchy with corrosion. I didn't go crazy cleaning them, but I did spray some contact cleaner and scrape a little.
